Nicole Koedyker

Chief Sustainability Officer

Nicole Koedyker is a sustainable business advocate in the Greater Philadelphia Area. In addition to her role at Forsei, she is also pursuing her Dual MBA/MPA in Sustainable Management at Presidio Graduate and a sought after speaker on B Corporations. She lives in Grad Hospital and enjoys biking to coffeeshops and places with vegan eats around the city.

Sam Irvine

Director of Strategy and Partnerships

Bridging the gap between the public and private sectors Sam is working to develop scalable solutions to climate change.  With a passion for story telling Sam is using his work to make the business case for sustainability as well as quantifying the true benefit of sustainable programs to local communities.

Most recently he is building financial modeling tools to help local governments and private companies reach their climate action plan goals. In addition to evaluating how to best use funds to address climate change Sam and his teams are ranking program options based on their ability to provide co-benefits and create green jobs, reduce emissions and grow economic value.

Sam is a MBA/MPA Dual Degree Candidate at Presidio Graduate school.

 

Maria Allison

Co-Founder

Maria is a Philadelphia transplant who is dedicated to improving the lives of others. Having spent time in both Washington, DC and Seattle, WA, she has a developed a unique perspective on the importance of human interaction and interconnection.

Before founding Forsei, Maria spent a year with AmeriCorps’s City Year program working with at-risk youth in the Philadelphia public school system. This experience reaffirmed her belief that our societal prosperity is dependent on our collective well-being, and further fueled her passion for doing good.

 

Lindsay Bushong

Sustainability Associate

Lindsay is a Lancaster County native turned Philadelphia urbanite who is dedicated to exploring the ways in which technology and innovation can improve social and environmental wellbeing. She received her degree in Urban Environmental Studies and Sustainability from Drexel University and has worked for nonprofits, utilities and start-ups.
